消毒供应中心员工职业素养改进的价值分析

Analysis on the Value of Improving Staff’s Professional Quality in Disinfection Supply Center

目的总结并归纳消毒供应中心护理人员职业素养持续改进对医院感染的防控效果。方法将消毒供应中心21名护理人员作为研究对象纳入此次研究之中,在2016年12月—2017年12月期间进行常规管理,以此作为对照组,在2018年1月—2019年1月期间对护理人员进行职业素养的持续改进,以此作为观察组,对两组护理人员的感染相关知识掌握程度、防感染意识、服务意识以及感染防控工作满意度进行评价并比较。结果进行职业素养持续改进后消毒供应中心护理人员的感染相关知识掌握程度、防感染意识、服务意识评分以及医院科室工作人员对其感染防控工作满意度均远优于进行职业素养改进前,P<0.05,分析价值较高。结论对消毒供应中心护理人员进行职业素养持续改进,可有效提高护理人员的感染知识掌握度,增强防感染意识以及服务意识,减少医院感染发生情况,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To summarize and summarize the effect of continuous improvement of professional quality of nurses in disinfection and supply center on prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods 21 nurses in disinfection supply center were included in this study.Routine management was conducted from December 2016 to December 2017.As a control group,continuous improvement of nurses'professional accomplishment was carried out from January 2018 to January 2019.As an observation group,the nurses in the two groups were given knowledge of infection and prevention of infection.Consciousness,service awareness and job satisfaction of infection prevention and control were evaluated and compared.Results After the continuous improvement of occupational literacy,the nurses'knowledge of infection,awareness of infection prevention,service awareness score and satisfaction with infection prevention and control of hospital department staff were much better than those before the improvement of occupational literacy,P<0.05,and the analysis value was higher.Conclusion Continuous improvement of occupational quality of nurses in disinfection supply center can effectively improve their knowledge of infection,enhance their awareness of infection prevention and service,and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.It has high application value.
