卡前列素氨丁三醇对妊娠产后出血的效果

The Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine on Postpartum Hemorrhage of Pregnancy

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇对妊娠产后出血的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月—2018年12月收治的妊娠高危施行剖宫产的孕妇作为研究对象,一共60例,根据数字随机原则进行分组,各组为30例,对照组孕妇舌下含服米索前列醇,注射宫体垂体后叶素。观察组孕妇注射卡前列素氨丁三醇250μg。比较两组孕产妇产后2 h、产后24小时出血量;统计两组产妇产后出血发生率、输血发生率、子宫切除发生率。结果和对照组对比,观察组产后2 h、产后24 h出血量少,分别为(210.90±50.00)mL、(315.10±50.15)mL,P<0.05。观察组产后出血率为6.67%,输血率和子宫切除率为0%,产后出血率、输血率明显比对照组更低,P<0.05;但子宫切除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对高危妊娠产妇采取卡前列素氨丁三醇进行宫体注射,可以有效地避免产后出血并发症,有利于减少孕产妇的产后出血量,有利于改善产妇的预后,对预防产后出血起到明显的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine on postpartum hemorrhage of pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women with high risk of pregnancy undergoing cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of digital randomization,they were divided into 30 groups.The pregnant women in the control group were given misoprostol sublingually and hypophysin was injected.The pregnant women in the observation group were injected with 250ug Carprost tromethamine.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2 hours and 24 hours was compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,transfusion and hysterectomy were counted.Results Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less in 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum,(210.90±50.00)mL and(315.10±50.15)mL,respectively,P<0.05.The postpartum hemorrhage rate was 6.67%in the observation group,the transfusion rate and the hysterectomy rate were 0%,the postpartum hemorrhage rate and blood transfusion rate were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05;however,there was no difference in the hysterectomy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine injection of carboprost tromethamine can effectively avoid the complications of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,improve the prognosis of pregnant women and prevent postpartum hemorrhage.
