胸腺五肽联合抗结核药物治疗复治涂阳肺结核的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Thymopentin Combined With Anti-tuberculosis Drugs on Retreatment of Smear-positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨胸腺五肽与抗结核药物联合治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的复治涂阳肺结核患者76例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组采用抗结核药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合胸腺五肽治疗。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后痰菌转阴率、空洞缩小率、病灶吸收率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组免疫功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CD8^+对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺五肽与抗结核药物联合可有效治疗复治涂阳肺结核,提高临床效果,加快痰菌转阴,改善免疫功能,值得进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thymopentin and anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis and its effect on immune function.Methods Seventy-six patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,38 cases each.The control group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the observation group was treated with thymopentin in the control group.The therapeutic effects,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared Results After treatment,the sputum negative rate,cavity reduction rate and lesion absorption rate of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the immunological function of the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8 were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CD8^+between the two groups(P>0.05);adverse reactions occurred.There was no significant difference in the rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of thymopentin and anti-tuberculosis drugs can effectively treat smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis,improve clinical effect,accelerate the conversion of sputum,and improve immune function,which is worth further promotion.
