氢氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Hydrochloropirol on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨分析氢氯吡格雷治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对血清炎症介质水平的影响效果。方法选择在我院进行治疗的急性脑卒中患者54例,选择时间为2017年6月—2019年6月,根据随机原则将患者分为参照组和试验组,参照组行丁苯酞治疗,试验组行氢氯吡格雷治疗,对两组患者的功能缺损程度、治疗效果及血清炎症介质水平进行比较分析。结果参照组治疗有效率为77.78%(21例);试验组患者治疗有效率为96.30%(26例),试验组患者治疗有效率明显更高,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者各项血清炎症因子水平数据较之参照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将氢氯吡格雷应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗中,虽然不能够显著改善治疗结局,但能够能对患者的神经功能及认知功能进行有效改善,降低血清炎症介质水平,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hydrochloropirol on acute ischemic stroke and its effect on serum inflammatory mediators.Methods A total of 54 patients with acute stroke who were treated in our hospital were selected.The selection time was from June 2017 to June 2019.The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the random principle.The reference group was treated with butylphthalide.The patients were treated with hydroclopidogrel,and the functional impairment,treatment effect and serum inflammatory mediator levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 77.78%(21 cases);the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.30%(26 cases).The treatment efficiency of the test group was significantly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The serum inflammatory factor levels of the experimental group were significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hydroclopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,although it can not significantly improve the treatment outcome,can effectively improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients,reduce the level of serum inflammatory mediators,it is worth promoting use.
