全膝关节置换术后用早期低频电刺激股四头肌

Early Low Frequency Electrical Stimulation of Quadriceps Femoris After Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的分析全膝关节置换术后用早期低频电刺激股四头肌。方法选取于本院行全膝关节置换术的患者68例,根据手术时间先后分组,对照组34例患者术后进行常规康复训练,观察组34例患者术后进行常规康复训练和早期低频电刺激股四头肌,对比两组患者术后膝关节功能恢复效果。结果治疗1周后,观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,关节肿胀程度相对值、伸膝受限程度均明显小于对照组,而功能缺陷、行走能力、活动度、疼痛症状等评分以及临床评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术后用早期低频电刺激股四头肌效果较显著,能明显改善患者关节疼痛、肿胀等症状,有效提高患者膝关节功能,有助于扩大关节活动范围。

Objective To analyze the early low frequency electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris after total knee arthroplasty.Methods 68 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the operation time.34 patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training after operation.34 patients in the observation group received routine rehabilitation training and early low frequency electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris after operation.The effect of knee function recovery was compared between the two groups.Results One week after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the relative degree of joint swelling and the degree of knee extension limitation were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the scores of functional defects,walking ability,mobility,pain symptoms and clinical scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early low-frequency electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris after total knee arthroplasty can significantly improve the symptoms of joint pain and swelling,effectively improve the function of knee joint,and help to expand the range of joint motion.
