不同血液净化护理对尿毒症患者的影响

Effects of Different Blood Purification Treatments on Uremic Patients

目的观察不同血液净化护理对尿毒症患者净化效果、生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收取的90例尿毒症患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规临床护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予患者综合护理措施,护理干预后对比两组患者净化效果及生活质量差异。结果两组患者干预前,其SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,训练组患者SAS及SDS评分分别为(37.31±3.91)分及(38.36±3.58)分,优于常规组及干预前(P<0.05),干预前两组各项生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组躯体活动功能、活力、心理健康、社会功能、健康总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合血液净化护理模式可以增强患者的净化效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of different blood purification nursing on the purification effect and quality of life of uremic patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with uremia who were collected from January 2017 to 2018 specifically to the month]in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the control group were given routine clinical practice.In the nursing group,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.After the nursing intervention,the purification effects and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the training group were(37.31±3.91)and(38.36±3.58),respectively.Before the routine group and before intervention(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in thequality of life scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the physical activity,vitality,mental health,socialfunction and total health score of the experimental group were significant.The difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive blood purification nursing mode can enhancethe purification effect of patients and improve their quality of life.
