聚焦解决模式在晚期血吸虫病护理中的应用

Application of Focused Solution Mode in the Treatment of Advanced Schistosomiasis

目的探讨晚期血吸虫病患者接受聚焦解决模式护理的影响意义。方法选择我所于2017年1月—2018年1月期间采集的全国晚期血吸虫病患者40例,遵循计算机随机序列分组的方式将20例患者归为实验组,20例患者归为对照组,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受聚焦解决模式护理,分别对比两组患者护理3个月、6个月、9个月以及12个月后的生活质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者在护理3个月、6个月、9个月以及12个月后的生活质量评分均高于对照组患者的相应数据,即组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为35.00%,两组数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期血吸虫病患者施以聚焦解决模式护理,可以改善患者的生存质量,减少患者的并发症,有利于患者获取更好的预后结局。

Objective To investigate the significance of the treatment of patients with advanced schistosomiasis receiving focus-solving mode.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced schistosomiasis in China were selected from January 2017 to January 2018.20 patients were classified as experimental group and 20 patients were classified as control group.Patients in the control group received routine care,and patients in the experimental group received focus-resolution mode of care.The quality of life scores and complication rates were compared between the two groups for 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months.Results The quality of life scores of the experimental group after 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months of care were higher than those of the control group,that is,the difference between the groups met the statistical significance requirement(P<0.05);the complication rate was 5.00%in the experimental group and 35.00%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focusing on the treatment of patients with advanced schistosomiasis can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the complications of patients,and help patients to obtain better outcomes.
