营养干预在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者护理中的效果观察

Effect of Nutritional Intervention on the Nursing of Patients With Head and Neck Cancer Radiotherapy

目的探讨营养干预在头颈部肿瘤放疗病人护理中的临床效果。方法本次研究选取我院2018年1月—2018年12月期间到我院接受治疗的70名头颈部肿瘤放化疗患者作为研究对象,将研究对象随机划分为两个组别,其中对照组患者35人,试验组患者35人,在整个治疗过程中,对于对照组采取常规性护理方案,试验组在采取常规性护理的基础上,对相关患者进行早期营养支持。经一段时间不同的护理干预后,对两组患者进行全面营养状态评定法(SGA)评价患者放疗前、后的营养状态及患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者在不同护理干预下的SGA分级和护理满意度横向对比,试验组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行必要的营养护理,能够有效降低患者在放疗后不良反应的发生情况,增强患者的体质与生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nutritional intervention in the nursing of patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy.Methods In this study,70 patients who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for head and neck cancer in our hospital from January 18 to December 18 were selected as the study group and the control group,with each group having 35 patients.For example,patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the experimental group were given early nutritional support on the basis of the control group.After a period of different nursing interventions,the two groups of patients were evaluated by the Comprehensive Nutritional Status Assessment(SGA)to assess the nutritional status of patients before and after radiotherapy and their satisfaction with care.Results The SGA grading and nursing satisfaction of the two groups under different nursing interventions were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is very important to give patients reasonable nutrient intervention to reduce the adverse reactions of patients with head and neck cancer aftetr radiotherapy and improve the nutritional status of patients.
