H2O2浸种和播期对油菜越冬期前后光合作用、糖代谢及生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]本文旨在明确H 2O 2浸种和播期对低温胁迫下油菜光合作用、糖代谢及生长的影响。[方法]以‘南农油4号’为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,研究0.05%H 2O 2浸种和播期(B1:2017年10月5日,B2:2017年10月25日)对越冬期前后油菜生物量、光合作用及糖代谢相关指标的影响。[结果]低温降低了油菜光合能力,其中第1播期(B1)油菜光合能力下降程度大于第2播期(B2)。温度下降初期,B1油菜叶片糖代谢旺盛,各糖分含量均显著提高;随着温度降低,各糖分含量降低。B2油菜叶片糖代谢活动随温度降低减慢,各糖分含量下降。H 2O 2浸种降低了B1油菜光合能力及糖代谢水平,对生长表现为抑制效应,气温回升后期生物量积累减少12.2%;而对B2油菜光合能力具有促进作用,通过增强糖代谢相关酶活性及糖分含量使糖代谢活动更加旺盛,生长加快,气温回升后期生物量积累显著增加,增幅为44.1%。[结论]H 2O 2浸种处理对越冬期前后不同播期的油菜生长作用不同,对B1油菜生长表现为抑制效应;对B2油菜,通过增强越冬期光合作用及糖代谢水平促进生物量的积累,对油菜生长表现为促进作用。综上,生产上H 2O 2浸种技术可应用于晚播油菜。 [Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to clarify the effects of H 2O 2 immersion and sowing date on the photosynthesis,sugar metabolism and growth of rapeseed under low temperature stress.[Methods]Taking‘Nannongyou 4’as the test material and using potted plant test,the changes of H 2O 2(0.05%)immersion and sowing date(B1:October 5,B2:October 25,2017)to rape biomass,photosynthesis and sugar metabolism-related indicators before and after the winter were studied.[Results]Low temperature reduced the photosynthesis capacity of rape,where in the first sowing date(B1)rape photosynthesis capacity decreased more than the second sowing date(B2).At the beginning of temperature declining,B1 rape sugar metabolism was strong,the sugar content of each sugar increased significantly,with the decrease of temperature,the sugar content decreased.B2 rape leaves sugar metabolism decreased with the decrease of temperature,and the content of sugar also decreased.H 2O 2 immersion reduced B1 rape photosynthesis capacity and sugar metabolism level,inhibited growth performance,and reduced biomass accumulation by 12.2%after the temperature recovery.The photosynthesis capacity of B2 rape had a catalytic effect,and by enhancing the activity of sugar metabolism-related enzymes and sugar content,sugar metabolism activities were more vigorous,growth was accelerated,and biomass accumulation increased significantly,by 44.1%.[Conclusions]H 2O 2 leaching treatment had different effects on the growth of rape during different sowing date before and after the winter,and the growth of B1 rape was shown as inhibition effect.For B2 rape,the growth of rape was promoted by enhancing the accumulation of biomass and by enhancing the level of photosynthesis during winter and the level of sugar metabolism.In summary,the production of H 2O 2 immersion technology can be applied to late-sowing rape.
