新时代下高校“微党建”创新思考

Innovative Thinking on“Micro Party Construction”in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

微信已经融入民众生活的各个领域,为提升工作效率与公共服务质量提供了极大帮助.特别是微信与党建工作融合而成的“微党建”,极大的推动了高校党建工作的开展.对高校党建工作面临的挑战、高校党建与微信结合使用现状特点及“微党建”现存问题进行了梳理.建议从丰富公众号内容、培养专职维护队伍、加强公众号互动交流、与专业建设相辅相成、形成“大党建”格局等多方面加强微信与高校党建的无缝融合,进而推进高校党建工作迈上新台阶,进一步促进国家的政治建设和党建发展.

WeChat has been integrated into all areas of people's life,and has provided great help for improving work efficiency and public service quality.In particular,the"micro Party construction",formed by the integration of WeChat and Party construction,has greatly promoted the development of Party construction in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the challenges of Party construction in colleges and universities,the characteristics of the current integration situation of Party construction and Wechat in colleges and universities and the existing problems of"micro Party construction".It is suggested to strengthen the seamless integration of WeChat and the Party construction of the universities from the aspects of enriching the contents of the public,cultivating the full-time maintenance team,strengthening the interaction and communication of the public,complementing the professional construction,forming a"big Party construction"pattern,so as to further promote the Party construction work in colleges and universities to a new level and further promote the political construction and Party construction of the country.
