摘要
利用安琪酿酒曲在枝江酒业红糟中进行生产试验,结果表明,在红糟中将安琪酿酒曲在使用前需要进行活化,最佳添加比例为8‰,升温幅度大,能达到提高出酒率的目的,提升公司的经济效益。
In this study,we carried out application tests of Angel starter in the fermentation of added fermenting grains in Zhijiang Distillery.The results showed that,Angel starter needed to be activated before application,and the best using amount was 8‰.In this way,the liquor yield and the economic effect of the distillery could be increased.
