孔隙尺度对泡沫静态稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前泡沫稳定性用常规空间代替多孔介质进行评价,不能准确反映泡沫在多孔介质中的稳定性问题。利用气相和液相电导率不同,提出了电导率法评价多孔介质中泡沫稳定性。采用电导率法研究了泡沫在不同孔隙半径的多孔介质中的静态稳定性;利用微孔模型模拟不同尺度的孔隙空间,运用显微放大技术,研究了泡沫在不同孔隙尺度空间中的泡沫结构、聚并过程及静态稳定性。实验结果表明:多孔介质会增强泡沫在其中的静态稳定性;孔隙尺度的大小影响进入孔隙中的泡沫存在形态从而影响泡沫的静态稳定性,随着孔隙尺度的减小,泡沫的静态稳定性增强。 The stability of foam is evaluated by conventional space instead of porous medium.It can't accurately reflect the stability of foam in porous media.Aim at this problem,a method for evaluating foam stability in porous media is proposed based on the difference between gas phase and liquid phase electrical conductivity in porous media.The static stability of foam in porous media with different pore radius was studied by electrical conductivity method.The pore space of different scales was simulated by micropore model.The foam structure,coalescence process and static stability of foam in different pore size space were studied by using magnification technique.The experimental results show that the porous media can enhance the static stability of the foam in the porous medium,and the size of the pore scale affects the existent morphology of foam into the pores and thus influences the static stability of the foam.The foam is more stable in the narrow pore space,the static stability of the foam increases with the decrease of the pore scale.
