摘要
为研究青年人自然行走过程中起落脚位置特征及其在步态分析中的作用,采集了57名18~24岁的青年男性穿着同种实验鞋10次自然行走的足底压力数据,计算步态运动过程中落脚与起脚相对位置描述参数以及压力中心轨迹线在冠状面上的变化幅度,并测量实验鞋穿用两个月后前后边缘磨损最重点的位置,最后对实验所得数据进行分析。结果表明,同一人多次行走过程中,起落脚相对位置无显著差异;且起落脚位置与鞋底前后边缘磨损最重点位置以及压力中心轨迹线在冠状面上的变化幅度之间均存在相关关系。可见,青年人自然行走状态下,落脚与起脚相对位置有较好的稳定性;鞋底前后边缘磨损最重点位置能够反映受试人员起落脚的位置;起落脚位置偏内的人步态运动过程相对更加平稳。
In order to study the position of initial and final contact during normal walking of young adults and its role in gait analysis,plantar pressures of 57 young adults aged 18~24 with the same shoes were collected during 10 times of normal walking,thus the relative position of initial and final contact and the variation of the Center of Pressure trajectory in coronal plane could be calculated.The position of the most concave points at the front and rear marginal of outsole could be observed and measured after wearing for two months.Then,the correlation of the data was analyzed.The results show that there is no significant difference in the relative position of initial and final contact among multiple times of normal walking of one subject;and correlations between the contact position and the position of the most concave points,and between the contact position and the variation of the center of pressure trajectory are significant.It is concluded that the relative position of initial and final contact is stable for young adults during normal walking,and can be reflected as the position of the most concave points at the front and rear marginal of outsoles;the progress of walking is more smooth for people with a medial position of initial and final contact.
