摘要
廊桥刮碰航空器指航空器滑入、滑出廊桥或廊桥对接舱门时发生剐蹭、碰撞,造成航空器受损等影响正常运行的事件。提出基于前端数据的廊桥刮碰航空器风险评估方法体系,推进新技术与传统风险管理相结合,事前运用科技手段采集前端数据,在对数据进行有效处理的基础上定量评估风险,实现风险早期预警与精确管控。对提出的风险评估方法进行实例验证并提出风险防控措施,实现客观、定量地评估机场场面风险,保障机场运行安全。
The bridge-scraping aircraft refers to an event that affects normal operation when the aircraft slides in,slides out of the bridge or the bridge meets the hatch,causing damage and damage to the aircraft.A method for risk assessment of aircraft bridges based on front-end data was proposed,The combination of new technologies and traditional risk management was promoted.Front-end data was collected by means of technology beforehand.Quantitatively evaluates risks was done based on effective processing of data,and early risks was realized.Early warning and precise control.Carry out case verification and propose risk prevention and control measures for the proposed risk assessment method to achieve an objective and quantitative assessment of airport scene risks and ensure airport operation safety.
