Establishment and application of high-quality development management system of coal mine based on lean thought

以精益思想为视角分析石圪台煤矿管理现状,以发现并解决问题为导向,构建了基于精益思想的煤矿高质量发展管理模式和“11196”精益化管理体系。同时,对石圪台煤矿精益化管理体系应用阶段性成果进行了总结,为矿井下一步精益化管理提升指明方向。

This paper analyzed the current management situation of Shigetai Mine from the perspective of lean thought,and constructed a high-quality development management mode and"11196"lean management system based on lean thought and guided by finding and solving problems.At the same time,the application of lean management system in Shigetai Mine was summarized,which pointed out the direction for the next step of lean management.
