摘要
针对灵新选煤厂原有跳汰工艺分选精度不高、煤泥水没有闭路循环以及矸石带煤率高等问题,经过充分调研与论证,决定采用TDS智能干选机分选工艺,介绍了TDS智能干选机的工作原理与技术特点,阐述了TDS智能干选机常规故障及解决办法。生产实践表明,TDS智能干选机的应用提高了200~40 mm原煤的分选精度,增加了产量,节约了生产成本,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In view of the problems of low separation accuracy of jigging process,non-closed circulation of slime water and high coal rate of gangue in Lingxin Coal Preparation Plant,through full investigation and demonstration,it was decided to adopt TDS intelligent dry separation process.The working principle and technical characteristics of TDS intelligent dry separator were introduced.The production practice showed that the application of TDS intelligent dry separator improves the separation accuracy of 200~40 mm raw coal.It has increased the output of products,saved the production cost,and achieved social and economic benefits.
