摘要
基于众维煤矿实际情况,从地层、构造、煤层3方面研究得出了难抽采煤层的瓦斯地质分布规律;在此基础上针对掘进工作面、工作面切眼、回采工作面及采空区等瓦斯防治区域建立了以预抽、边采边抽、边掘边抽、埋管抽采为核心的四位一体瓦斯综合防治技术体系。通过实际工程验证,技术实施后瓦斯含量和压力都降到临界值以下,钻孔瓦斯浓度普遍能够保持在10%以上,区域消突效果良好;实施瓦斯抽放防突措施之后,瓦斯抽放效果明显,工作面瓦斯浓度和预测参数无超标现象,瓦斯抽采率大于30%;平均掘进速度基本位于100~150 m/月之间,与原来相比速度提升了1~2倍,掘进工作面瓦斯得到了有效治理,瓦斯涌出控制在安全范围之内。
Based on the actual situation of Zhongwei Coal Mine,the gas geological distribution law of the coal seam difficult to extract was obtained from the study of stratum,structure and coal seam.On this basis,a four-in-one gas comprehensive prevention and control technology system was established for the gas prevention and control areas such as driving face,cutting face,mining face and goaf,with the core of pre-extraction,extraction while mining,extraction while excavating and extraction by underground pipe.Through the actual engineering verification,the gas content and pressure were reduced below the critical value after the implementation of the technology,the gas concentration in the borehole could generally keep over 10%,and the regional outburst elimination effect was good;after the implementation of the gas drainage and outburst prevention measures,the gas extraction effect was obvious,the gas concentration and prediction parameters in the working face didn't exceed the standard and the gas extraction rate was more than 30%;the average monthly driving speed was basically between 100~150 meters which was increased by 1~2 times compared with the original,the gas in the driving face had been effectively controlled and the gas emission was controlled within the safe range.
