基于网络层次分析法的矿山救护队救援能力评估

Evaluation of rescue capability of mine rescue team based on network analytic hierarchy method

通过调研和德尔菲法选取最能反应矿山救护队救援能力的指标,构建了矿山救护队救援能力评估体系。基于ANP建立了矿山救护队救援能力评价模型,获得各评价指标的权重。将评估模型应用到淮南中煤新集矿山救护队的救援能力评估之中,通过模糊综合评价获得该矿山救护队的救援能力为良。结合各指标权重,给出了在资源受限的情况下,如何投入使救护队的救援能力获得最佳的提升效果。

Through investigation and Delphi method,the index which could best reflect the rescue ability of mine rescue team was selected,and the rescue capability evaluation system of mine rescue team was constructed.Based on ANP,the evaluation model of rescue capability of mine rescue team was established,and the weight of each evaluation index was obtained.The evaluation model was applied to the evaluation of the rescue ability of a mine rescue team in Huainan,and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the rescue ability of the mine rescue team was good.Combined with the weight of each index,how to invest to improve the rescue ability of the rescue team in the case of limited resources was given.
