摘要
结合煤化工废水处理“零排放”的要求,以伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司20亿Nm 3/h煤制天然气项目为例,分析了废水源头控制并研究了分质利用的方法及途径、污水处理及回用常见问题及解决措施、浓盐水结晶分盐的运行及优化,提出了实现废水处理“零排放”中控制“盐平衡”的意义及措施。
According to the"zero discharge"requirement of wastewater treatment in coal chemical industry,taking the 2 billion Nm 3/h coal gasification project of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.for example,the authors analyzed the methods and ways of controlling wastewater source and using wastewater by quality,the common problems and solutions of wastewater treatment and reuse,and the operation and optimization of crystallization and salt separation of concentrated brine.The significance and measures of controlling salt balance in zero discharge of wastewater treatment were put forward.
