摘要
煤炭资源的开发对京津冀燕山、太行山地区生态环境破坏较为突出,为了实现“两山”地区生态修复,因地制宜,将生态工程、矿业产业与创新技术深度融合,多学科交叉,提出“两山”地区煤矿区基于充填开采的全过程生态保护性开采模式,实现生态环境被破坏后由修复向源头防护的转变。同时,提出应进一步加快煤矿区全过程生态保护性开采模式配套技术的研发和推广应用,深化政策支持,不断丰富煤矿区全过程生态保护性开采模式的内涵,全面提升煤矿区生态保护性开采模式的适用范围与服务能力。
The exploitation of coal resources in Yanshan and Taihang Mountains area in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region had particularly destroyed the ecological environment,in order to realize the ecological restoration of the two mountains areas,this paper suggested that the ecological engineering,mining industry and innovative technology should be integrated deeply by adjusting measures to local conditions and integrating multi-disciplinary.A whole-process ecological protective mining mode based on filling mining in coal mining area of the two mountains areas was put forward,which realized the transformation from restoration to source protection after destruction of the ecological environment.At the same time,it was suggested that we should further speed up the development of supporting technologies for the whole-process ecological protective mining mode in coal mining areas,deepen policy support,constantly enrich the connotation of the whole-process ecological protective mining mode in coal mining areas,and comprehensively improve the scope of application and service capacity of the ecological protective mining mode in coal mining areas.
