摘要
采用固体吸附管收集工业源挥发性有机物(VOCs),利用热脱附/气相色谱-质谱联用仪(TD/GC-MS)进行定性定量分析。结果表明,不同填料吸附管空白值差异显著,使用Teanax TA吸附管,优化热脱附仪二次吸附脱附温度、时间,选择合适色谱柱及分离条件,各VOCs组分检出限(MDL)在0.38~2.94 ng之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.3%~8.1%之间,加标回收率在71%~121%,相关系数R^2达到0.996以上,实现了24种工业源VOCs准确、快速的定性定量分析。
This paper researches the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis which using the sorbent tube to collect volatile organic compounds(VOCs) of simulated industrial sources and to analyze using thermal desorption/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(TD/GC-MS). The results show that the blank values of adsorption tubes with different filling materials are significantly different. Using Teanax TA tube and optimizing the thermal desorption instrument conditions and chromatographic conditions, 24 kinds of VOCs of industrial sources can be qualitative and quantitative analyzed rapidly with high accuracy. The method detection limit(MDL) of each component ranged from 0.38 ng to 2.94 ng, the relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 1.3% to 8.1%, the recovery of standard addition ranged from 71% to 121%, and the correlation coefficient R^2 was above 0.996.
