摘要 以模糊综合评价为基本模型,建筑施工扬尘排放量、道路尘土残存量、土壤裸地起尘量和环境空气PM2.5浓度为模糊综合评价的指标,在此基础上引入信息熵理论为评价指标确定权重,对北京城市功能核心区、城市功能拓展区、城市发展新区和生态涵养发展区下属14个区的扬尘控制效果进行模糊综合评价。4项指标的权重差异不大,对扬尘控制效果的影响水平比较一致。城市功能核心区、生态涵养发展区评价结果最好,城市功能拓展区评价结果次之,城市发展新区评价结果最差。 Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the dust emission of construction, road dust residual, soil bare dust and PM2.5 concentration were used as evaluation indicators. Based on this, information entropy theory was introduced to determine the weight of the evaluation index. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the dust control effects of 14 urban functional core areas, urban function development areas, urban development new areas and ecological conservation development areas. The weights of four indicators were not much different, and the level of influence on the dust control effect was relatively consistent. The urban functional core area and the ecological conservation development area had the best evaluation results, the urban function development area evaluation results were second, and the urban development new area evaluation results were the worst.
