摘要
容积效率反映了转套式配流系统的配流性能。在考虑转套间隙引起流质泄漏的基础上,建立了空化分析的数学模型,并利用动网格和滑移网格技术对配流系统的运行情况进行了数值模拟,结果显示:随着转套与泵体之间间隙的增大,转速小于1100 r/min时,容积效率随转速升高缓慢增加,转速高于1100 r/min后,容积效率急剧减小,主要是受空化作用的影响;不同的负载压力下不同转套间隙引起的容积效率变化趋势一致,均随负载压力的增大逐渐降低。
Distribution performance of rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system can be reflected by volumetric efficiency.Established a mathematical model of cavitation based on the consideration of leakage caused by rotating-sleeve clearance and operation of distributing-flow system have been simulated by using dynamic mesh and sliding mesh.Obviously with the increase of leakage between rotating-sleeve and pump body,the volumetric efficiency is increasing slowly with the increase of rotating speed up to 1100 r/min.While above this value it is in sharp decline because cavitation effect plays a leading role.Volumetric efficiency in different rotating-sleeve clearances have same trend during the change of load pressure.They are all decreasing with the increase of load pressure.
