摘要 目的:观察丁苯肽联合尤瑞克林对于急性脑梗死患者脑血流量的影响及预防认知功能障碍中作用。方法:选取200例的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采取随机法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例,对照组采用常规抗血小板活血化瘀及脑保护治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞和尤瑞克林。观察两组患者的治疗前后的脑血流量的变化及治疗前后认知功能评分的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患者脑血流速度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者各主要血管脑血流速度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各亚项认知功能及总MOCA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者各亚项认知功能及总MOCA评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯肽联合尤瑞克林可以显著的增加急性脑梗死患者的脑血流速度,并且对认知功能的改善有明显的促进作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of DL-3n-Butylphthalide combined with urinary kallidinogenase on cerebral blood flow in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its role in preventing cognitive dysfunction.Method:A total of 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiplatelet,blood circulation promoting,blood stasis removing and brain protection.The experimental group was given DL-3n-Butylphthalide and Urinary Kallidinogenase on the basis of the control group.The changes of cerebral blood flow and cognitive function scores before and after treatment were observed.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cerebral blood flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cerebral blood flow velocity of the main vessels in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in subitem cognitive function and total MOCA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the subitem cognitive function and total MOCA score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:DL-3n-Butylphthalide combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase can significantly increase cerebral blood flow velocity in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and has obvious promoting effect on improvement of cognitive function.
