护理管理干预配合肺康复训练对COPD患者生命质量及经济负担的影响

Effect of Nursing Management Intervention Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training on Life Quality and Economic Burden of COPD Patients

目的:探讨护理管理干预配合肺康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生命质量及经济负担的影响。方法:选取自2017年1-12月在本院进行治疗的COPD患者90例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组采取护理管理干预结合肺康复训练。研究周期为12个月。比较两组住院费用、住院时间、护理纠纷发生率、护理满意度、不良情绪状况及生命质量水平。结果:对照组住院费用、住院时间及护理纠纷发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分明显高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组的生命质量水平评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取护理管理干预配合肺康复训练对COPD患者进行护理,取得了理想护理效果,利于患者身体的各项指标趋向正常,保障了COPD患者的生命质量和身心健康,减轻社会及其个人的直接和间接经济负担,提高患者的成本效益比,同时培养了护理人员的专业素质和技能,有利于构建一支高水平的护理队伍,可在各大医院临床护理上进行推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing management intervention combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training on the quality of life and economic burden of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:The total of 90 COPD patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the study group was given nursing management intervention combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training.The study period was 12 months.The hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time,incidence of nursing disputes,nursing satisfaction,adverse emotional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization expenses,hospitalization time and the incidence of nursing disputes in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing management intervention combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training has ideal nursing effect for COPD patients,which is conducive to the normalization of the patients’physical indicators,guaranteeing the quality of life and physical and mental health of COPD patients,reducing the direct and indirect economic burden of society and individuals,improving the costbenefit ratio of patients.At the same time,it cultivates the professional quality and skills of nursing staff,which is conducive to building a high-level nursing team.It has further promotion of clinical nursing in major hospitals.
