中医情志护理在提高骨折手术患者治疗效果及改善焦虑状态和睡眠质量中的作用

Effect of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Improving the Treatment Effect and the Anxiety State and Sleep Quality of Patients with Orthopedic Surgery

目的:分析评价中医情志护理在提高骨科手术患者治疗效果中的作用及其对改善焦虑状态和睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年9月于本院老年骨科进行手术的128例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上给予中医情志护理,观察两组临床疗效、焦虑抑郁情况及睡眠质量。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均显著低于治疗前及对照组,且焦虑抑郁状态发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组睡眠质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理可显著提高临床疗效,显著缓解术后疼痛和焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少焦虑抑郁状态的发生,有效改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the effect of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the treatment effect of orthopedic surgery patients and its effect on improving the anxiety state and sleep quality.Method:A total of 128 cases with orthopedic surgery from May 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the stochastic indicator method,64 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basic of the control group.The clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression,and sleep quality of two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS,SAS and SDS of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of anxiety and depression was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can significantly improve the clinical effect,and alleviate postoperative pain,and relieve anxiety or depression,and reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression,and effectively improve the patients’sleep quality.
