血栓弹力图评价不同程度肝硬化患者凝血功能价值探讨

Evaluation of Blood Coagulation Function in Patients with Different Degrees of Cirrhosis by Thromboelastography

目的:探讨血栓弹力图评价不同程度肝硬化患者凝血功能价值。方法:选取2016年10月-2018年10月本院收治的81例肝硬化患者,根据肝功能Child分级标准将其划分为三组,分别为Child A级组(n=27)、Child B级组(n=27)和Child C级组(n=27)。采用血栓弹力图对三组患者进行检测,并分析比较其检测结果。结果:Child C级组血栓弹力图中的血凝时间(R)、血块成形时间(K)均高于Child A级组和Child B级组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Child C级组血栓弹力图中的Angel、MA、LY30、CI均明显低于Child A级组和Child B级组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓弹力图可以对不同程度肝硬化患者的凝血紊乱情况进行反映,其相关参数的不同可以对患者病情的严重程度进行反映。

Objective:To investigate the value of thromboelastography in evaluating the coagulation function of patients with different degrees of cirrhosis.Method:From October 2016 to October 2018,81 patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into three groups according to the standard of liver function Child classification.They were divided into three groups:Child A grade group(n=27)and Child C grade group(n=27).The patients were divided into two groups:Child grade A group(n=27)and Child C grade group(n=27).Thromboelastogram was used to detect three groups of patients,the results were analyzed and compared.Result:The values of R and K in Child C grade group were higher than those in Child A grade group and Child B grade group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Angel,MA,Ly30,CI of thrombus elastogram in Child C grade group were significantly lower than those of the Child A grade group and Child B grade group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thromboelastogram can reflect the coagulation disorder in patients with different degrees of cirrhosis,and its related parameters can reflect the severity of the patients’condition.
