美罗华联合化疗治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中对IL-10水平的影响

The effect of meropenem combined with chemotherapy on IL-10 level in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

目的探究美罗华联合化疗方案(R-CHOP)对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者IL-10水平的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2017年6月本院收治的DLBCL患者24例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组12例。对照组采取CHOP方案,观察组行R-CHOP化疗方案联合美罗华,比较两组血清细胞因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)]、临床疗效与1年内生存率。结果干预后观察组LI-6与IL-10水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率与1年内生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 R-CHOP方案治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,可降低IL-6、IL-10水平,提高治疗效果,延长生存期。

Objective To investigate the effect of merohua combined with chemotherapy(R-CHOP) on the level of IL-10 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). Methods Twenty-four DLBCL patients admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 12 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CHOP regimen, while the observation group was treated with R-CHOP regimen combined with merohua. Serum cytokines [interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10)], clinical efficacy and one-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the levels of LI-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate and one-year survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion R-CHOP regimen for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma can reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-10, improve the therapeutic effect and prolong the survival time.
