助产士导乐陪伴分娩对产妇产程时间及母婴结局的影响

Effect of midwife’s accompanying childbirth on maternal labor time and maternal and child outcomes

目的探究助产士导乐陪伴分娩对产妇产程时间及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月期间本院收治的分娩产妇82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组为常规护理辅助分娩,观察组为助产士主导伙伴式导乐陪伴分娩,观察两组分娩方式、产程时间、出血量及新生儿窒息率。结果观察组剖宫产(20.00%)、新生儿窒息率(2.22%)均明显分别低于对照组(40.00%、15.56%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第三产程比较无统计学意义;观察组其他产程及产后出血量均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施助产士主导伙伴式导乐陪伴分娩可进一步降低剖宫产率,缩短产程时间,减少出血量,且有利于保证新生儿健康和安全,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of midwife’ s accompanying childbirth on maternal labor time and maternal and child outcomes.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018, 82 cases of delivery women admitted to our hospital were selected as research data, 41 cases were randomly divided into groups. The control group was routinely nursing assisted delivery, and the observation group was the midwife-led partner-style guide. Observed the two groups of delivery methods, labor time, bleeding volume and neonatal asphyxia rate. Results 20.00% of cesarean section and 2.22% of neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than in the control group(40.00%, 15.56%, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups. The other postpartum hemorrhage volume in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The implementation of midwife-led partner-guided guided delivery for maternal delivery can further reduce the rate of cesarean section, shorten the time of labor, reduce the amount of bleeding, and help to ensure the health and safety of newborns. It is worthy of popularization and application.
