糖尿病足感染患者血清炎性因子水平与感染的相关性研究

Correlation between serum inflammatory factor levels and infection in diabetic foot infection patients

目的分析糖尿病足感染患者血清炎性因子水平与感染的相关性。方法选取2014年9月至2019年3月本院收治的糖尿病足患者46例为研究对象。根据是否并发感染分为A组和B组,A组:未发生糖尿病足感染(n=25),B组:发生感染(n=21),同时选取同期年龄相仿的健康体检者20例作为对照组,分析3组受检者血清炎性因子水平和各炎性因子与感染之间的相关性。结果对照组受检C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)均明显低于A组和B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组hs-CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-6水平明显高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组21例患者发生感染;感染程度越严重,hs-CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-6水平越高。结论糖尿病足感染后,血清炎性因子将呈现高表达状态,感染程度与炎性因子水平呈正相关。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum inflammatory factors and patients with diabetic foot infection,.Methods 46 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to March 2019 were selected as research objects, divided into group A and group B, according to the degree of concurrent infection, Group A: no diabetes infection(n=25), Group B: infection(n=21), at the same time, 20 healthy patients of similar age were selected as the control group. The serum levels of inflammatory factors and the correlation between inflammatory factors and infection were analyzed. Results In the control group, C-reactive protein(hs-crp), procalcitonin(PCT), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(tnfalpha), interleukin-6(il-6) were significantly lower than those in group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Hs-crp,PCT, tnf-alpha and il-6 levels in group B were significantly higher than those in group A, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 21 patients in group B were infected. The more severe the infection degree, the higher level of the hs-crp, PCT, tnf-alpha and il-6 levels. Conclusion After diabetic foot infection, serum inflammatory factors will be highly expressed, and the infection degree is positively correlated with the level of inflammatory factors.
