负压吸引系统治疗糖尿病足伴感染的创面修复效果分析

Analysis of wound healing effect of vacuum sealing system in the treatment of diabetic foot infection

目的探讨负压吸引系统治疗糖尿病足伴感染的创面修复效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月本院收治的糖尿病足伴感染的患者48例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(26例)和对照组(22例),对照组患者给予常规伤口敷料进行常规换药,观察组患者给予封闭负压吸引器进行换药;观察两组治疗7 d后创面减少情况、局部情况(自发疼痛、肿胀、腥臭气味)、14 d后疗效与两组治愈时间。结果治疗7 d后,观察组创面减少情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者自发疼痛、肿胀、腥臭气味明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组总有效率分别为96.15%、68.18%,且观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床中糖尿病足伴感染采取封闭负压吸引治疗,可达到理想的临床疗效,促进感染创面尽早恢复。

Objective To investigate the wound healing effect of vacuum sealing system in the treatment of diabetic foot infection. Methods 48 patients with diabetic foot infection admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random table method, namely observation group(n=26) and control group(n=22). The control group received the conventional dressing change,while observation group was assisted by the vacuum sealing system. Then the wound healing, local conditions at the post-treatment 7 d(spontaneous pain, swelling and odor), clinical efficacy and healing time were compared between groups. Results After 7 days of treatment, the reduction of wounds in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The degrees of spontaneous pain, swelling and odor of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(96.15% vs. 68.18%, P<0.05). The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of vacuum sealing system can promote the wound healing for patients with diabetic foot infection.
