温针结合拔罐治疗对腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on the effect of warm acupuncture combined with cupping therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的观察温针灸联合闪火法拔罐疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2017年6月至2018年6月本院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用温针灸联合闪火法拔罐治疗,观察两组患者症状评分、NRS、JOA评分差异。结果观察组症状评分、NRS低于治疗前,JOA评分高于治疗前;观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合闪火法拔罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效改善患者的临床症状,其疗效优于针灸治疗。

Objective to observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with flash fire cupping therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods 90 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital were admitted randomly from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group(45 cases) and treatment group(45 cases). The control group received conventional acupuncture treatment. The observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with flash fire cupping therapy. The difference in symptom score, NRS and JOA between the two groups was observed. Results The symptom score and NRS of the observation group were lower than that before treatment, and JOA score was higher than that before treatment. The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can be effectively improved by warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with flash fire cupping therapy.
