阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及应对分析

Influence of vaginal secretions on urine routine clinical examination results and coping analysis

目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响,并探究相应的应对措施。方法选择2018年2月至2018年9月本院妇科行常规尿液检验的女性患者84例为研究对象,采用数字随机表法分为常规组和专业组,每组42例。常规组患者予以常规尿液检测方式进行检测,专业组患者则在护士的指导下进行专业的尿液采集,并进行检测。通过比较两组研究对象尿液检测后的结果,探究阴道分泌物对尿常规检测结果的影响。结果经比较,常规组患者经检测后各项检测结果均明显高于专业组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会对尿常规检测结果造成较大的负面影响,降低了检测结果的准确性,女性患者在进行尿液采样时应当有意识的避开分泌物,防止分泌物污染尿样,影响检验结果,医护人员应当在检测前主动叮嘱患者,避免检验结果受到影响。

Objective To analyze the influence of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine clinical tests and explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods 84 female patients who underwent routine urine test in gynecology department of our hospital from February 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and professional group, with 42 cases in each group by digital random table method. The routine group was tested by routine urine test, while the professional group was tested by professional urine collection under the guidance of nurses. By comparing the results of urine test between the two groups, the influence of vaginal secretion on urine routine test results was explored. Results Compared with the professional group, the results of the routine group were significantly higher than those of the professional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Secretions have a negative impact on urine routine test results, which reduces the accuracy of the test results. Female patients should consciously avoid secretions in urine sampling, prevent secretions from contaminating urine samples and affecting the test results. Medical staff should actively advise patients before testing to avoid testing. The test results were affected.
