胰岛素泵和多次胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究2型糖尿病患者接受胰岛素泵和多次胰岛素强化治疗的效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年12月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组行多次胰岛素强化治疗,实验组行胰岛素泵治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果两组患者治疗后的糖化血糖蛋白水平、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较治疗前降低,其中实验组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组胰岛素用量低于对照组,其血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者乏力、头晕、上腹不适、腹泻、恶心、低血糖等不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义。结论 2型糖尿病患者接受胰岛素泵与多次胰岛素强化治疗,均可获得一定的治疗效果,其中胰岛素泵的应用,可缩短其血糖达标的时间,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump and multiple insulin intensive therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received multiple intensive insulin therapy, and the experimental group received insulin pump therapy, The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results The glycosylated blood glucose protein level, fasting blood glucose level and postprandial blood glucose level were all decreased after treatment in the two groups compared with those before treatment, and the fasting blood glucose level and postprandial blood glucose level in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The insulin dosage of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions such as fatigue, dizziness, upper abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, nausea and hypoglycemia between the two groups. Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetes receive insulin pump and multiple intensive insulin treatment can obtain certain therapeutic effect, among which the application of insulin pump can shorten the time of reaching the standard of blood glucose, and the safety is relatively high, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
