摘要
目的探讨采用玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物联合扩血管药物治疗黄斑出血性眼病的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的黄斑出血性眼病患者108例为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组予以扩血管药物治疗,观察组予以玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物联合扩血管药物治疗,比较两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、黄斑区视网膜厚度(CRT)及眼底情况。结果治疗后两组BCVA均提高,CRT均降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组;同时与对照组相比,观察组黄斑出血改善效果较优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄斑出血性眼病患者采用抗VEGF药物联合扩血管药物治疗可有效促进其视力水平及黄斑出血等症状改善,临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) combined with vasodilator in macular hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy. Methods 108 patients with macular hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vasodilators, while the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs combined with vasodilators. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), macular retinal thickness(CRT)and fundus were compared between the two groups. Results BCVA increased and CRT decreased in both groups after treatment, and the change range in the observation group was larger than that in the control group. Compared with the control group, the improvement effect of macular hemorrhage in the observation group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor combined with vasodilator can effectively improve the visual acuity and macular hemorrhage in patients with macular hemorrhagic ophthalmopathy. The clinical effect is significant and worth promoting.
