摘要
针对大量电动汽车无序充电引起的负荷“峰上加峰”等问题,提出了考虑用户响应度的有序充放电策略。在基于消费者心理学原理建立的分时电价和放电电价下用户需求响应模型的基础上,建立了常规型、保守型、友好型电动汽车充放电模型。最后通过蒙特卡洛仿真验证所提出的电动汽车有序充放电策略的有效性。同时,验证了分时电价的电价差和放电电价的增大,能更好地激励用户参与电价响应。
Aiming at the problems of load“peak on peak”caused by the disordered charging of a large number of electric vehicles,it proposes an orderly charge and discharge strategy considering demand response degree of users.On the basis of customer demand response model for time-of-use price and the discharge price,which is built based on the principle of consumer psychology,a conventional,conservative and friendly electric vehicle charging and discharging model is established.Finally,the Monte Carlo simulation is used to verify the effectiveness of electric vehicle s orderly charge and discharge strategy proposed in this paper.At the same time,it is verified that the users can be encouraged to participate in the price response by the increasing of the time-of-use price difference and the discharge price.
