344 MW联合循环电站汽轮机低压转子振动故障分析及处理 被引量:4

摘要 机组投产运行后,出现汽轮机低压转子3、4号轴承振动大幅度波动现象,影响机组安全运行。通过对3、4号轴承振动进行分析,振动主要以基频分量为主,且振动相位在0°~85°范围内变化,确定振动原因主要为低压转子端部摩擦引起。通过对3、4号轴承油档进行检查处理,并采用低发对轮配重方法进行不平衡质量校正,最终达到了较好平衡效果。 After the unit is put into operation,No.3 and No.4 shaft vibration of LP rotor appear unsteady and wide scope fluctuation which have effected at the unit safe operation.By analyzing the characteristics of No.3 and No.4 shaft vibration which conclude the main frequency of vibration is frequency.The phase change scope is at 0°to 85°.It shows that the main reason for vibration is due to the friction at the both end of LP rotor.Vibration reaches to good level finally after making an inspection and repairing of No.3 and No.4 oil thrower.The perform unbalance rectification adds balance weight to the counterweight wheel of LP rotor and the generator rotor.
