929例妇产科药物不良反应报告分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨我院妇产科药物不良反应报告情况。方法选择2018年1~12月我院妇产科药物不良反应患者929例,分析药物分布、年龄、用药途径、不良反应症状。结果氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖注射液、注射用环磷酰胺、多西他赛注射液、硫酸镁注射液所占比例较高,分别为20.34%、7.00%、5.92%、5.17%、4.09%。30~39岁、20~29岁、40~49岁所占比例较高,分别为34.55%、20.78%、19.16%。静脉滴注、口服、皮下注射给药方式所占比例较高,分别为60.28%、13.02%、6.89%。重度骨髓抑制、骨髓抑制、重度卵巢过度刺激发生比例较高,分别为15.93%、12.27%、4.74%。结论妇产科药物不良反应发生比例较高,需对妇产科药物不良反应情况予以分析,并给出相应对策,完善药物管理,提高临床用药安全性。 Objective To explore the reports of adverse drug reactions in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital.Methods 929 patients with adverse drug reactions in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.Drug distribution,age,route of administration,adverse reaction symptoms were analyzed.Results Sodium chloride injection,glucose injection,cyclophosphamide injection,docetaxel injection,magnesium sulfate injection accounted for a high proportion of 20.34%,7.00%,5.92%,5.17%,4.09%,respectively.Those aged 30 to 39,20 to 29 and 40 to 49 accounted for a high proportion of 34.55%,20.78%and 19.16%,respectively.Intravenous infusion,oral administration and subcutaneous injection accounted for a higher proportion of 60.28%,13.02%and 6.89%,respectively.The incidence of severe myelosuppression,myelosuppression and severe ovarian hyperstimulation was higher(15.93%,12.27%,4.74%)respectively.Conclusion The proportion of adverse drug reactions is higher in department of obstetrics and gynecology.It is necessary to analyze the adverse drug reactions in department of obstetrics and gynecology and give corresponding countermeasures to improve drug management and improve clinical drug safety.
