子宫捆绑缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果分析

Analysis on curative effects of uterine bundle suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

目的探讨子宫捆绑缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果。方法选择我院2015年1月~2018年1月80例产后出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规止血治疗,观察采用子宫捆绑缝合术,对两组的止血效果及术后2h及术后24h出血量、并发症情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者术后2h及术后24h出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的止血总有效率97.5%,无1例出现宫腔积液、子宫肌层坏死,1例出现宫腔粘连,观察组的并发症发生率2.5%;对照组患者治疗后的止血总有效率为70.0%,对照组出现宫腔粘连1例、宫腔积液1例、子宫肌层坏死1例,对照组的并发症发生率为10.0%,两组止血疗效及并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫捆绑缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效确切,安全性好,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of uterine bundle suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemostasis while the observation group was given uterine bundling suture.The hemostasis effect,blood loss at 2h and 24h after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Blood loss at 2h and 24h after operation in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hemostasis after treatment in the observation group was 97.5%.In the observation group,there was no case of endometrial cavity fluid and myometrium necrosis,and 1 case of intrauterine adhesions.The complication rate in the observation group was 2.5%.The total effective rate of hemostasis after treatment in the control group was 70.0%.In the control group,there were 1 case of intrauterine adhesion,1 case of endometrial cavity fluid and 1 case of myometrial necrosis.The complication rate of the control group was 10.0%.There were statistically significant differences in hemostatic effects and complication rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine bundle suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia has accurate curative effects and good safety.It is worthy of wide promotion and application.
