地屈孕酮片联合滋肾育胎丸治疗先兆流产的疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of dydrogesterone tablets combined with Zishen Yutai pill in treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨地屈孕酮片联合滋肾育胎丸治疗先兆流产的疗效。方法选取先兆流产患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组应用注射黄体酮进行治疗,观察组应用地屈孕酮片联合滋肾育胎丸进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、腹痛症状、孕酮水平及不良反应发生率。结果相较于对照组,观察组显效率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腹痛程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后孕酮水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地屈孕酮片联合滋肾育胎丸可有效治疗先兆流产,可提升机体孕酮水平,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore curative effects of dydrogesterone tablets combined with Zishen Yutai pill in treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 90 patients with threatened abortion were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with injection of progesterone while the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets combined with Zishen Yutai pill.The clinical curative effects,abdominal pain symptoms,progesterone levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the obvious effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of abdominal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The progesterone level after treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone tablets combined with Zishen Yutai pill can effectively treat threatened abortion,which can improve the body’s progesterone level and has fewer adverse reactions.
