超声乳化与人工晶体植入术对老年白内障患者视力恢复及生活质量的影响

Effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on visual recovery and quality of life in elderly patients with cataract

目的探讨超声乳化与人工晶体植入术对老年白内障患者视力恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院于2018年1~12月收治的50例老年白内障患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组患者开展小切口白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组患者开展超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,比较两组患者术后2个月视力恢复效果、术后并发症情况以及治疗前后SF-36生活质量量表评分。结果观察组患者术后视力恢复效果92.00%显著高于对照组68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率8.00%显著低于对照组36.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年白内障患者采取超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗可有效改善患者术后视力,对患者生活质量的提升具有积极影响,可有效改善患者的临床预后,因此该种治疗方法值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective To explore effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on visual recovery and quality of life in elderly patients with cataract.Methods 50 elderly patients with cataract who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with small-incision cataract extirpation combined with intraocular lens implantation while patients in the observation group were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity recovery and postoperative complications of two months after operation and SF-36 quality of life scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity recovery after operation of the observation group was 92.00%significantly higher than that of the control group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 8.00%in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(36.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with cataract,phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve the postoperative visual acuity of patients.It has a positive effect on the improvement of quality of life of patients,which can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients.Therefore,this kind of treatment method is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
