从清水之盟议定大渡水为唐蕃边界可证唐代剑南大渡水不应该有两处。《太平寰宇记》卢山县大渡水应该非唐代河名。胡三省注《资治通鉴》李晟击吐蕃事误卢山大渡水为大渡河。张玄遇所至的大渡水当即今大渡河。大渡水在不同时期所指河流不同,对涉及大渡水史事的大渡水地理位置应具体问题具体分析。
