摘要
目的:掌握芦丁的提取技术,测定刺梨中芦丁的含量,并观察芦丁对不同菌种的抑制效果。方法:采用多次碱提取、酸沉淀法获得较纯的芦丁,通过绘制标准曲线法测得刺梨中芦丁的含量,并利用纸片扩散法测定芦丁对不同菌的抑制效果。结果:芦丁对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌具有明显的抑菌效果。
Purpose: The Rosa roxburghii are determined by mastering the extraction technology of rutin.The content of rutin and the inhabitory effect of rutin on different strains.Methods:The pure rutin was obtained by multiple alkali extraction acid precipitation method.The content of rutin in Rosa roxburghii was measured by standard curve method,and the inhabition effect of rutin on different bacteria was determined by paper diffusion method.Results:Rutin had obvious antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.
