摘要
目的:研究黄芪黄精配伍对多糖成分含量的影响。方法:分别提取黄芪、黄精、芪精配伍中的多糖,利用0.2%蒽酮-浓硫酸显色法测定多糖含量,并进行比较分析。结果:配伍中多糖的含量与黄芪和黄精相比都有所增加。结论:芪精配伍对多糖类成分含量的变化有影响。
Objective:To study the effect on the content of polysaccharide of compatibility of medicines between Astragalus mongholicus and Rhizoma Polygonati.Methods: The polysaccharides were extracted in the Astragalus mongholicus,the Rhizoma Polygonati and the compatibility of medicines between Astragalus mongholicus and Rhizoma Polygonati. The content of polysaccharide was determined by colorimetric method of 0.2% anthrone-concentrated sulfuric acid, and the experimental result were analyzed by comparative analysis method. Results: The content of the polysaccharide in the compatibility is increased compared with that of the Astragalus mongholicus and the Rhizoma Polygonati.Conclusion: The compatibility of QIJING has an effect on the content of the polysaccharide.
