摘要 根据超超临界机组高压旁路阀的结构特点和工作参数,分析工作原理,研究内漏机理,发现进口高压旁路阀在设计中存在的缺陷。针对超超临界机组高压旁路阀内漏三种可能性,提出了根治内漏的总体技术方案,研发出带平衡孔的预启阀结构、带缓冲腔室、带自动导向定心结构阀芯、一体式阀笼及其辅助件等新结构,并结合国内机械制造能力和特点,按照技术方案重新设计制作了阀盖、阀笼、阀芯、阀杆、阀座等全部的阀内件,改造了阀体。经过实际运行验证,从根本上解决了高压旁路阀内漏的问题。 According to the structure characteristics and working parameters of high-pressure bypass valve in ultra-supercritical units, this paper analyzes the working principle, studies the internal leakage mechanism, and finds the defects in design of high-pressure bypass valve. Aiming at the three possibility of leakage in the high-pressure bypass valve of ultra-supercritical units, an overall technical scheme is put forward to treat internal leakage. A new structure, such as a pre-opening valve structure with balanced hole, a buffer chamber, a valve core with automatic guiding and centering, an integral valve cage and its auxiliary parts, is developed and redesigned according to the scheme. Valve core, stem, seat and so on all the valve inner parts, the reform of the valve body. After practical operation, the problem of leakage in high-pressure bypass valve has been solved.
