Summary on the research of heavy metals in ginseng and its products

人参是我国传统名贵中草药,具有多种药理活性。随着人参产业的不断发展,人参及制品的质量越来越引起人们的重视,重金属污染问题同时受到关注。本文简要介绍了人参及制品中重金属污染研究现状,概括了重金属的来源和危害,并对目前国内外重金属的检测技术和净化去除技术进行了综述,以期为相关学者对重金属的研究提供参考。

Panax ginseng is a valuable traditional Chinese herbal medicine with many pharmacological effects.With the continuous development of ginseng industry,people pay more and more attention to the quality of ginseng and its products.At the same time,heavy metal pollution is concerned.In this paper,the research status of heavy metal pollution in ginseng and its products is briefly introduced,the source and harm of heavy metals are summarized,and the detection technology and purification and removal technology of heavy metals at home and abroad are summarized,in order to provide reference for the research of heavy metals by relevant scholars.
