摘要
玉竹总黄酮是玉竹的有效药用成分之一,具有降血糖、抗衰老、抗炎、抑菌等药理活性,本文对玉竹总黄酮的提取分离、含量测定、结构分析、主要药理活性及其发展前景做了简要综述,以期为以后的学习与研究提供一定帮助。
Total flavonoids of polygonatum odoratum are one of the effective medicinal components of polygonatum odoratum,which have the pharmacological activities of lowering blood sugar,anti-aging,anti-inflammation,bacteriostasis,etc..This paper provided a brief overview about the extraction,separation,content determination,structural analysis and main pharmacological activities and its development prospect of total flavonoids from polygonatum odoratum,in order to offer some help for future study and research.
