全面腹部超声在急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Total Abdominal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Acute Abdominal Disease

目的评价全面腹部超声在急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法随机分组,对照组采用常规超声诊断,观察组采用全面腹部超声诊断。结果观察组尿路结石、阑尾炎、急性胆囊炎、异位妊娠、急性盆腔炎检出率,分别为33.3%、26.7%、20%、10%及6.7%、检查、诊断及住院时间,分别(17.41±2.52)min、(1.54±0.12)h及(4.21±0.84)d,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。不同急腹症患者,腹部超声影像学表现存在差异。结论采用全面腹部超声诊断急腹症,可实现对腹部的全面探查,提高疾病的诊断准确率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods The control group was randomly divided into two groups,the control group was diagnosed by routine ultrasound,and the observation group was diagnosed by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound.Results The detection rates of urinary calculi,appendicitis,acute cholecystitis,ectopic pregnancy and acute pelvic in flammation in the observation group were 33.3%,26.7%,20%,10%and 6.7%,respectively.the examination,diagnosis and hospitalization time were(17.41±2.52)min,h and(4.21±0.84)d,respectively,which were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).No.The imaging findings of abdominal ultrasound were different from those of acute abdomen.Conclusion The diagnosis of acute abdomen by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound can realize the comprehensive exploration of abdomen and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease.
