高职院校实训室文化建设探析

An Analysis of the Cultural Construction of the Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校承担着为我国培养专业性技术型人才的使命和责任。高职院校的实训室文化建设的程度高低是和其教学能力成正比的,如果能够树立起良好的实训室文化,其所培养的学生专业能力就能提高。文章分析了当前高职院校实训室文化建设中存在的一些问题,并就如何建设高职院校实训室文化提出了看法和建议。

Higher vocational colleges assume the mission and responsibility of training specialized technical talents for our country.The degree of the actual training room culture construction in higher vocational colleges is proportional to its teaching ability.If it can establish a good real training room culture,the higher the professional ability of the students.This paper analyzes some problems existing in the construction of the real training room culture in higher vocational colleges,and then puts forward his own views and suggestions on how to build the real training room culture in higher vocational colleges.
