实现农业现代化,关键在于走农业高质量发展之路。本文从产业体系、生产体系和经营体系三个方面分析了中国农业高质量发展的现状及痛点,总结了数字技术助推发达国家农业高质量发展的经验,并在此基础上构建了市场需求与数字技术共同促进农业高质量发展的分析框架。研究发现,市场需求为农业高质量发展指明了改革方向,以数字技术为依托的“数字乡村”建设为农业高质量发展提供了新动能。实现“数字乡村”助推农业高质量发展的关键在于:一要围绕五大发展理念、农业供给侧结构性改革、农业产业兴旺找准“数字乡村”服务农业高质量发展的建设着力点;二要善于利用“数字乡村”战略挖掘农业发展潜能,强化农业科技创新,赋能农业要素市场,优化政策评估机制。

The key to realizing agricultural modernization development is to take the road of high-quality agricultural development This article analyzes the current situation and pain points of high-quality agricultural development in China from three dimensions of mdustrial system,production system and management system,and summarizes the practice ofhigh-quality agricultural development promoted by digital technology in developed countries.Based on it,the study builds an analytical fi^mework of market demand and digital technology to promote high-quality agricultural development.It finds that market demand indicates the direction of reform for high-quality agricultural development,and the construction of"digital village'*based on digital technology provides a new driving force for high-quality agricultural development.To boost the development of"digital village",the study proposes the following two ways.Firstly it is necessary to find out the key areas in the process of"digital village"construction to serve the high-quality development of agriculture with a focus on the 4tfive developmenf,concepts,the structural reforni of agricultural siqjply side and agricultural industry prosperity Secondly it is advisable to make good use of the"digital village"strategy explore the potential for agricultural development,strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation,enqiower agricultural fector market,and optimize policy evaluation mechanism.
